Leveraging prior experience in policy analysis, legal research, and advocacy, Ishani supports the firm’s insurance clients on a range of complex matters. Ishani’s experience includes analysis of regulatory and compliance issues related to technology and data governance.
Before Nicolaides
Ishani previously served as a summer associate at the firm. Before that, she worked as a legal policy intern at the New York City Bar Association, where she researched legislative advocacy strategies and policy issues involving data, technology, and legal ethics. She also worked as a research assistant for several law professors, supporting scholarship on judicial ethics and the legal profession. During law school, Ishani participated in moot court and the Cybersecurity Clinic, where she advised institutional clients on technology-related risk and compliance issues. Earlier in her career, she served as a research assistant at a financial data firm, where she conducted macroeconomic research and developed data automation tools.

Outside the office, Ishani enjoys exploring holistic nutrition, cooking, and traveling.
