Morgan represents insurers in complex insurance coverage litigation, with a particular focus on first-party property matters. Her work includes interpreting policy language, assessing coverage, and advising insurers on strategic resolution of disputed claims. 
Morgan brings a disciplined and client-focused approach, informed by her breadth of experience in private practice, in-house legal environments, and her ongoing service as a commissioned officer in the Army National Guard.

Before joining Nicolaides, Morgan practiced at a civil litigation firm with a focus on insurance coverage and defense. She also gained experience in legal departments across the insurance and public sectors.

Outside Nicolaides

Morgan currently serves as a commissioned officer in the Adjutant General’s Corps in the Texas Army National Guard and is deeply committed to service and leadership in both her legal and military careers.
